About the Convener -
"Stay Conference"
Ayiba Afy-Douglas is the visionary behind the STAY Conference. A devoted Christian with an anointed voice and deep passion for God’s presence, Ayiba has served as a worship leader for over 27 years, leading countless lives into deeper encounters with God through worship.
Her ministry extends beyond the stage, she has embarked on several missionary journeys, both within Nigeria and internationally, spreading the message of faith, healing, and hope.
Currently based in Uyo, Nigeria, Ayiba co-pastors Plus Tribe Church alongside her husband, the renowned gospel artist Afy Douglas. Together, they nurture a community built on love, worship, and the transformative power of God’s Word.
As an accomplished entrepreneur, Ayiba is the Lead Consultant at Clean360 Consulting Limited, a thriving business in the cleaning and home organization industry. She holds certifications in home cleaning and organizing, as well as in healing from emotional traumas, breakups, and betrayal, in addition to a BSc in Urban and Regional Planning.
Her journey of faith, resilience, and excellence fuels her mission to help others find emotional wholeness and spiritual renewal. Through the STAY Conference, Ayiba creates an atmosphere where believers can surrender to God’s will, trust His promises, dwell in His presence, and experience His transforming power.
A devoted wife and loving mother of three, Ayiba Afy-Douglas continues to inspire many through her unwavering faith, worship, and testimony living proof of the power of STAYING in God’s presence and watching His promises unfold.
